THE BRIEF 

University of Tulsa Athletics Department engaged Foto Fusion Booths to develop an interactive brand activation to celebrate the Tulsa Golden Hurricane Football & Basketball Fans. They wanted something that would immediately catch the attention of and resonate with the people who came to cheer.  

THE ACTIVATION

Magic Mirror | The Selfic

Over the course of 12 different football and basketball games Foto Fusion developed custom experiences that featured a fully branded interactive touchscreens and customized digital overlays that reflected the events and the brand.  

Due to the high levels of attendance that was expected, Foto Fusion utilized a team of our best ambassadors to engage fans and promote usage of all the services.  

THE RESULTS  

  • During multiple events; hundreds of fans engaged with Tulsa Hurricanes brand. 
  • Users shared their images to social media and designated hashtags boosted the events social reach 
  • At designated events The Magic Mirror every fan had the opportunity to take home a fully branded selfie printout
  • TU Athletics Department received the data, including emails and phone numbers for thousands of people they can use to remarket to in the future

THE BRIEF 

This highly coveted brand needed something extra special to make their new candle line stand out. Foto Fusions creative team worked with Kendra Scott to fully understand their objectives and delivered a brand activation worthy of the selfie generation.  

THE ACTIVATION 

The Kendra Scott brand and the new line was reflected in the Foto Fusion branded digital booth that allowed guests to take as many Social Media friendly pics, GIFs and boomerangs as they could. 

       The Set Up 

  • An interactive and exciting experience with branded screen to entice users to interact with the brand 
  • Custom branded template designs for full brand awareness when shared on social media 
  • Guests easily customized their own experience by using branded props  
  • A Premium data capture functionality, which captured important data analytics Benefit 
  • Guests shared their branded experiences through text messages or email by simply entering their phone number or email address 
  • Event photos were uploaded to a customized online live gallery. 

THE RESULTS  

  • Media invitees, influencers and customers used the experience alone or in groups
  • 89 choose to share their digital content creation 
  • 51 email and telephone numbers were collected for remarketing 
  • Kendra Scott received over 100 images, GIFs and boomerangs to utilize on their own digital platforms
